No gym.

The room was well-equipped and brand-new with smoke detectors for safety measures, a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control. the location was comfy and top, just next door to Novotel Sharm guest relations, in a beach area. There were a variety of restaurants to eat, like Mughal Mahal that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Location in the center of the city was a plus.

This place has an unbeatable location and the staff here are the best and very hospitable.

Unbeatable location to Near Garden.

Wonderful venue, best possible location close enough to the restaurant, beach, and especially Roma in Guest Relations, liked our stay. We had an amazing service, neat room with a seating area out the front and balcony, for example.

The rooms here are spacious and modern, equipped with all necessities including a safe and a mini bar, boasting stylish decor and a stunning sea view.

The receptions guy at the beach side was very nice, he appologized for the misunderstanding and told us that our room is at the palm area. We went to the palm area, the reception guy was very rude and unbearable he did not know how to smile, plus he gave us a room that we should walk 2 levels of ramps to reach. As I m pregnant we did not accept to take it, so his supervisor came and gave us a much closer one, he even upgraded our room. The buffet breakfast was good just missing a variety of fruits.

Too many levels, the problem is not in the walking distance but too many ramps, if you can have a room in the beach area or at least a low level room in the palm area it would be good.

A seating area, a writing desk and ironing facilities in the room and the comfortable bed. A bath in the bathroom.

Convenient spot with a bazaar and an old market nearby, you can stroll there without a hassle. the breakfast caters to all tastes, and it's a real treat. Plus, the pool is absolutely charming 🏊.
